In fall of 2014, The Earle Companies formed an exclusive relationship with Rowan University through The Earle Family Fellowship Program. Our joint effort is helping students seeking Engineering, Construction Management, and Accounting degrees through paid summer internships with a goal of offering permanent employment opportunities with the Earle team upon graduation. The Fellowship provides essential support for innovative student research in the Construction Materials Lab in the South Jersey Technology Park.
One of the goals of our partnership is to equip students with the skills necessary to be successful in obtaining internships in the construction materials lab. Each year, at least four applicants will be selected for this exciting opportunity. The selected applicants will be paid to work in the lab for up to 10 hours a week throughout the year in different aspects of construction materials related projects.
Taking part in the Fellowship Program will allow Rowan Students to seize opportunities to grow and serve our region in meaningful ways. The development of industry partnerships is also significant for the continuing evolution of the university and enables them to provide graduates with the skills and expertise necessary to succeed in our industry.
